Ingredients
1 17oz can corn
1 17 oz can cream corn
1 stick butter,melted
2 eggs beaten
1 box Jiffy corn bread
8 oz sour cream
Preparation
Mix drained corn,cream corn,butter,eggs and corn bread mix. Then fold in sour cream. Pour mixture into a buttered 2 quart casserole Bake 350 for 45 minutes
