Ingredients
1 pound sausage
1 1/2 cups flour
8 ounces cheese (jalapeno jack is good) – shredded
1/2 cup margarine – melted
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Brown sausage and drain well. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls and refrigerate 1 hour or more.
Cover cookie sheet with foil. Bake balls at 400*F for 12-15 minutes.
