Ingredients

2 lbs sausage (hot or mild or a combination, depending on how spicy you like)

3 or 4 med potatoes, cubed or sliced thin

2 cans pinto beans. (I use one pinto, one chili beans)

2 cans petite diced tomatoes

4 cups water

1 large clove garlic

2 med. onions

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp Tony Chachere’s seasoning

Preparation

Crumble and brown sausage. Saute onion and garlic in a little olive oil. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer
