Ingredients
1 pound Ground Italian Sausage
4 cups Half & Half
3 cups Potatos (Cubed)
2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 Onion (Chopped)
2 cups Kale Leaves (Torn)
2 cups Whole Milk
Preparation
Crumble the sausage into a large pot and cook until brown.
Stir in the half & half, potatos, chicken broth, milk, and onion.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until potatos are tender, about 30 minutes.
Stir in the kale leaves and simmer until they are tendere, 10-15 minutes.
Serve.
(Optional) Add grated parmesian cheese to your bowl of soup for extra flavor.
