Ingredients

2 cups Raw curley kale

1 piece Red onion, diced

2 cloves Garlic, minced

4 ounces Sausage link

1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

1 dash Salt

1 teaspoon Butter

Preparation

Heat 9" fry pan to medium heat.

Remove any casing from sausage link, cut into cubes, then brown in pan for 5 minutes.

While sausage browns, dice onion and garlic. Then add both to the pan along with red pepper.

Stir occasionally 5 minutes.

Add kale, and butter, cover for 10 minutes stirring once or twice.

Serve immediately.
