Ingredients
1 1/2C all-purpose flour
1 1/2C milk
3 large eggs
2T butter, melted
1t coarse salt
1lb sausage
1T olive oil
5 whole scallions
10 cherry toms
Preparation
- preheat oven to 425
- blend flour, milk, eggs, butter and salt with hand or stand mixer
- add oil to skillet and brown sausage and scallions
- pour batter over sausages and scallions and top with tomatoes
- bake until puffed and set, about 30 minutes
