Ingredients

1 pound fresh sea scallops

3 tablespoons butter

1 cup mushroom, sliced fresh

1 onion, small - sliced and separated into rings

1/4 cup dry white wine

2 teaspoons FIsh and Seafood blend

1 tomato, diced

Preparation

Saute scallops in butter in large skillet about 5 minutes or until tender; drain and set aside, reserving dripping in skillet.

Saute mushrooms and onion in dripping in skillet 4 minutes or until tender; drain and set aside, reserving drippings in skillet.
