Ingredients

16 oz rice noodles cooked to directions

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1/4 veg oil, I like canola/olive blend

1tsp hot sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

Veggies of choice, steamed or raw

Salt to taste

Preparation

Whisk together liquid ingredients, add veggies and noodles. Gently fold together. Serve alone or with your protein of choice - I like grilled chicken breast.
