2 cans shoe peg corn, drained
1 can french style green beans, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup sauteed onion
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper
Topping
1/2 cup margarine
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Preparation
Sautee chopped onion Mix all ingredients in prepared casserole dish Top with cracker mixture Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes or til bubbly and topping is brown.
