Ingredients

Margarine- 1/2 cup

EVOO- 2 tbsp

Parmesan- 1/2 cup

Crab- 1 cup fresh

Shrimp- 1 handfull fresh

Parsley- a couple of shakes

Salt- to taste

Minced Garlic- 1 tablespoon

Rice Noodles- 1/4 bag

Zucchini or Crookneck squash, in 1/4 inch slices- 2

Preparation

Rinse noodles. After about 8 minutes of boiling noodles in salt water, sauté squash slices in butter and salt for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until no longer pink. When noodles are done, drain. add parmesan, olive oil, garlic, salt, parsley. Stir in squash and shrimp. Heat crab in pan over butter. Add to pasta mix.
