Ingredients

1 tablespoon Butter

1/2 cup Leeks (Thinly Sliced) can substitute onion

2 teaspoons Garlic (minced)

3/4 cup Orzo (cooked)

1 3/4 cups Vegetable Broth

1 cup Green Beans (frozen)

1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

1 teaspoon Paprika

1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1 pound Shrimp (raw , deveined)

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat.

  2. Add leeks (or onions) and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes stirring.

  3. Add orzo, green beans, broth and seasonings.

  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir often!
