Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs cooked shrimp

6 slices of bacon or 4 pces of Maple rasher cooked

1TBSP of reserved fat from above

2 TBSP fresh squeezed lemon juice

1TBSP worchestershire sauce

6 green onions

3 cloves of garlice

Preparation

heat up fat from bacon and toss shrimp, then add lemon juice, worchestershire sauce, parsley, green onions and garlic cloves. When warmed thru throw on the bacon. Then plate onto the grits
