Ingredients

12 ounces Shrimp (frozen , deveined)

8 ounces Linguine

2 pieces Jalapeno Peppers (Seeded and finely diced)

2 teaspoons Garlic (minced)

2 cups Cherry Tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

  1. RInse shrimp, pat dry with paper towels.

  2. Cook linguine according to directions.

  3. Coat large skillet with oil. Preheat over medium-high heat.

  4. Add Jalapenos and garlic, cook and stir for 1 minute.

  5. Add Shrimp, cook and stir for 3 minutes

  6. Stir in tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Heat through.

  7. Drain linguine, toss with shrimp mixture.
