Ingredients

1 pound Shrimp [medium, peeled and deveined]

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

2 tablespoons Garlic (minced)

1 1/2 cups White Wine

1/2 Lemon (fresh, juice only)

1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

1/2 cup Butter (softened)

1 tablespoon Parsley (minced)

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Preparation

  1. Add olive oil to a heated cast iron skillet then sauté the shrimp until tender and no longer translucent, remove the shrimp from the skillet and reduce the heat.

  2. Sauté the garlic for 2 to 3 minutes and make sure you won’t brown it.

  3. Add in the white wine and lemon juice and cook until it’s reduced to half then add the Italian seasoning.

  4. Reduce the heat and add in the butter and the shrimp. Mix in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
