Ingredients
1/4 c pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
3 cups lightly packed basil leaves
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil
black pepper to taste
Preparation
Lightly toast pine nuts until golden brown, approx 3 min. In a food processor combine garlic & pine nuts, blend. add the basil, cheese and lemon juice, blend. While blending, slowly pour in oil. season with pepper.
