Ingredients

1/3 cup Rice

3 cups Whole milk

4 tablespoons Sugar

4 tablespoons Butter

3 teaspoons Nutmeg

Preparation

Stir rice, sugar and milk together in a 3 qt casserole until sugar is dissolved

Cut butter onto top of liquid

Sprinkle with nutmeg

Bake covered for 1 hour 30 minutes (uncover for about the last 15 minutes)
