Ingredients
1 Cranberries, Bag of Fresh
1 1/2 large sweet onion, diced
2 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Mustard Seed
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Preparation
Saute onions in butter with salt until soft
Add other ingredients and simmer covered until cranberries pop.
Adjust cider and sugar to taste and add a bit of water if needed.
