Ingredients

2 cups Frozen Peaches, thawed

4 tablespoons Plain Greek Yoghurt - 2% Fat

1/2 teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt

2 teaspoons Cilantro, chopped medium

Preparation

Puree the peaches using an immersion blender. Add a dollop or two of yoghurt. Sprinkle with cilantro and sea salt. Chill 30 minutes and server as a starter. Beautiful color and summery taste.
