Ingredients

908 grams ground beef

1 medium sized onion - diced

2 443ml cans of beans - I like kidney and pinto

1 443ml cans tomato sauce

1 medium sized jar of salsa (680 ml)

2+ tablespoons of chili powder

Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Saute the onions for 20 minutes on medium low, then add the ground beef and brown.

In the mean time toss everything else into the slow cooker on low.

Add the meat and onions once they’re cooked and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
