Ingredients
1 - 12 oz. can plus 1 - 5 oz. can evaporated milk
heavy cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
- Combine both cans of evaporated milk.
- Add enough heavy cream to equal 3 cups.
- Add sugar and vanilla. Mix until sugar dissolves.
- Chill for several hours.
- Pour chilled mixture into freezer bowl while machine is running.
- Let mix until mixture thickens, 20-25 mins.
- Transfer to airtight container and place in freezer for 2 hours or until firm.
