Ingredients

Lean Group Beef – 1 & 1/2 pounds

Tomato Sauce – 1 (29 ounce can)

Whole Tomatoes – 1; Peeled (14 & 1/2 ounce can)

Small Onion – chopped

Cinnamon – 1/2 Teaspoon

Allspice – 1/2 Teaspoon

Salt – 1 Teaspoon

Pepper – 1/2 Teaspoon

Chili Powder – 1 & 1/2 Tablespoon

White Vinegar – 1 & 1/2 Tablespoon

Garlic toe – 1

Bay Leaves – 3

Preparation

  1. Brown meat
  2. Cook onions with meat
  3. Drain grease
  4. Place meat & onions in large pan or crock pot
  5. Add rest of ingredients
  6. Remove bay leaves & garlic cloves before serving
