Ingredients

4 pieces Chicken breast bone in

4 tablespoons Table blend or any no salt seasoning

1 tablespoon Olive oil

4 tablespoons Butter

Preparation

Take hand and separate skin from meat, season with 1/2 TBSP of seasoning underneath skin with 1 TBSP of butter. Take olive oil and put on top of skin. Take the other 1/2 TBSP of seasoning and season both sides of chicken. Put 2 sprigs of thyme underneath chicken skin and bake at 275 to 280 DEGRESS for 2-/2 hours or til slightly undone and wrap in aluminum foil to continue cooking outside of stove
