Ingredients

3 chicken breasts

1 pound potatoes quartered

1/2 pound peeled and trimmed carrots

1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 teaspoon crushed garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Toss everything into the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
