Ingredients
4 pounds Brisket
3 Large white onions
1 cup Beef stock
1 cup Puréed tomatoes
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
Preparation
Slice onions and carmelized in butter.
Season brisket with salt and pepper and place in slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over brisket. Top with onions.
Cook on high 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
