2C sliced carrots, 1.5C chopped onions, 1C sliced celery, 2T parsley, 1x bay leaf, 3x med chic legs (2#), 2x 11oz can cream chix soup, 1/2C water, 1t dried thyme, 1/4t pepper, 10oz wide noodles (5 cups), 1C frozen peas, Salt/Pepper to taste. PREPARATION***** Place carrots, onions, celery, parsley and bay leaf in cooker. Place chix on top of beffies. In bowl stir together soup, water, thyme and pepper. Pour over chix/veggies.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hrs, or high for 4.5 hrs.

Cook noodles. Add peas. Pull chix from bone.
