Ingredients

2.5 pounds Chicken Thighs

3 pieces Bacon

1 pound Carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces

8 ounces Mushrooms, chopped

2 cups Onion, chopped

4 cloves Garlic

1.5 teaspoons Dried Thyme

8 ounces Chicken Broth

2 cups Frozen Peas, thawed

Preparation

In large skillet, brown chicken. As chicken is browned, add in an even layer in slow cooker.

Cook bacon. Chop and add to slow cooker.

Add vegetables and broth to slow cooker.

Cook covered until chicken is tender (about 4 hours)
