Ingredients
2 pieces Chicken breast
1 can Cider
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 piece Red onion
1 teaspoon Garlic
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 pieces Bay leaves
.5 cup Maple syrup
2 tablespoon Apple cider cinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
2 handful Raisin
Preparation
Toss whole chicken breasts with cornstarch
Brown chicken in half of olive oil
Fry onions in other half of olive oil
Combine all other ingredients in bowl
Put chicken and onions in slow cooker
Pour sauce into pan, bring to boil then pour over chicken in xlow cooker
Cook on low for 5 hours
