Ingredients

3 Pounds pork tenderloin

2 cups nonfat low sodium chicken broth

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp oregano

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper

1 cup favorite bbq sauce

Preparation

  1. Add everything in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

  2. Pull the pork tenderloin out of the liquid, shred and add BBQ sauce
