Ingredients

4 mild Italian sausages, remove casings and break into bite size pieces

1 sliced onion

1 eggplant chopped into 2 cm pieces

8 ou cremni mushrooms, sliced

3 sliced garlic cloves

1 bottle strained tomatoes strained (Passata)

2 T. tomato paste

1 t. balsamic vinegar

1 t. italian herb seasoning

1/4 t. hot pepper flakes

1 pinch each salt and pepper

1 T. flour

1/2 c parmesan cheese

1/4 c basil leaves

Preparation

Combine all ingred except flour, cheese and basil. Cook on slow x 8 hours.

Whisk flour with 1 T water and whisk into pot. Turn on high x 10 min while you cooking pasta

Top with Parmesan cheese and basil
