Ingredients
1 teaspoon Ground Cummin.
1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
1 tablespoon Ghee or coconut oil
4 tablespoons Shallot
2 cloves Garlic, finely diced
1 head Basic Cauliflower Rice
2 tablespoons Water
Preparation
Toast the spices in a dry frying pan over medium heat for 1 minute
Add ghee or coconut oil and the shallot and stirfry for 2 minutes
Add the garlic and cilantro/parsley, and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add uncooked cauliflower rice and add the water; stir and cover with lid; steam for 4 minutes.
