Ingredients

200 -300g Smoked Salmon

Small hand full of fresh herb flowers, eg. Garlic chives flowers, chive flowers, onion flowers, chilli flowers.

A few sprigs of Chervil

6 Teaspoons “salsa di peperoncini verdi” (see previous recipe).

A few drops of chilli vinegar (preferably purple).

Preparation

  1. Slice the smoked Salmon into strips and arrange on a plate.
  2. Scatter the flowers and herbs delicately over the Salad.
  3. Using about an 1/8 of teaspoon at a time dot the “salsa di peperoncini verdi” over the salmon and around the plate.
  4. Dot a few drops of vinegar around the plate and serve.
