Ingredients
1 pkg. Piller’s Knackwurst Sausage, cut in 1â pieces
1 large red bell pepper, cut in 1â squares
1 large yellow bell pepper, cut in 1â squares
1 large green bell pepper, cut in 1â squares
1 large red onion, cut in 1â squares
6 wooden skewers
grilling spray
Paprika Glaze:
20 ml (1 ½ Tbsp.) olive oil
5 ml (1 tsp.) smoked paprika
2 ml (½ tsp.) salt
2 ml (½ tsp.) pepper
Preparation
Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes. Combine olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Spit sausage, peppers and onion onto skewers and brush with paprika glaze. Spray grill and preheat to medium heat. Grill kebobs until sausage is grilled and vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
