Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp sesame oil

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp ginger

1/4 cup (Eroica Riesling)

1/3 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp orange juice

1 tbsp honey

1 1/2-2 lbs Sockeye cut into 2 inch pieces

Preparation

In sauce pan, heat oils over med heat. Saute garlic and ginger until soft. Add Riesling soy sauce orange juice and honey: simmer until reduced by 1/2. When cool add salmon pieces to marinade and marinate for 3-5 min turning to coat all sides. Grill salmon pieces over medium heat on grill or grill top cook until fish is opaque. Garnish with green onion curls or cilantro.
