Ingredients

1 cup Sugar

5 tablespoons Honey

6 tablespoons Butter

5 cups Water

Preparation

Heat Oven to 350

Mix butter, water, honey and sugar in a sauce pan. Start on high, turn to low when mixture started to boil. Simmer until the mixture turns golden.

Add almonds to the mixture and store 2-3 times.

In two cookie sheets, place a sheet of parchment paper. Rub oil on the parchment paper.

Pour the mixture in the cookie sheets and shake it little to spread flat. Put the sheets in the oven. Let us Baker for 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven, shake and flatten the mixturey more. Put back in the oven for 20 minutes.

When the mixture turns light brown, remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Break the candies in small pieces for serving.
