Ingredients

1 homemade pie crust

3 Tbsp. butter

5 lbs. peaches; peeled, pitted and sliced

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

  1. Toss filling ingredients together in large bowl.

  2. Line 9 in. pie plate with piecrust.

  3. Pour filling into prepared pie plate. Dot with 3 Tbsp. butter.

  4. Add top crust. Crimp and bake at 400 F on rimmed baking sheet for 1 hour or until bubbling.
