Ingredients
6 cups thinly sliced Brussel sprouts
1 cup thinly sliced onion
2 tbl soy sauce
2 tbl sesame oil
1 tbl balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut Brussel sprouts into thin slices.
Toss Brussel sprouts, onion, soy sauce & sesame oil together in a large bowl until well coated.
Spread mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet line with parchment paper.
Bake 15 minutes, or until tender.
Remove from oven & sprinkle balsamic vinegar on top. Toss & serve.
