Ingredients

this is double the recipe:

1/4 lb butter

4 garlic cloves minced

4 Tb parsley (fresh if possible)

2 tsp oregeno, thyme and basil each

2 can 6.5 ounce minced clams

1 cup sherry

16 ounce can tomato sauce

Preparation

saute butter, garlic, parsley, oregeno, thyme, basil for 5 min

drain clam juice and keep juice

add clams, saute 5 min

add sherry and tomato sauce, cook 40 min

add clam juice before serving and cook 5 min
