Ingredients
1/2 Chpd Onion
4 eggs
1/2 C Whipping Cream
1 lb. bacon
1 lb. spaghetti
1 C grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Eggs, cream & cheese should stand at room temp. 2 to 3 hours before using. Cook Bacon in skillet adding onions when bacon is almost done. Cook spaghetti Beat together eggs, cream & cheese until blended. Drain spaghetti. Do not rinse. Return to hot pan and IMMEDIATELY add egg, cream & cheese mixture. Toss until well coated. Stir in bacon. Serve ASAP
