Ingredients
1 package spaghettini
6 cloves garlic – smashed
1/8 cup olive oil
1/2 jar capers
1 can, large diced tomatoes
1 dozen black olives – pitted and chopped
parsley – chopped
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Cook pasta al dente; drain.
Saute garlic slowly in oil. Add capers, tomatoes, and olives. Simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon over pasta. Garnish with parsley. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
