Ingredients
1 & 1/2 pounds chuck steak
1 large onion
2 celery stalks
1 green pepper (optional)
1 large can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
cayenne (optional to taste)
Preparation
Saute onions, green pepper, celery Brown meat Put in large pot with tomato sauce, paste and spices Cook for 1 & 1/2 hours over low/medium heat.
