Ingredients

12 oz. uncooked Spaghetti

3/4 lb. Ground Beef

1 chopped Onion

1 1/2 tsp. chopped Garlic

1 cup Red Wine Merlot is fine

26 oz. jar Spaghetti Sauce ( tomato w/ basil)

2/3 cup lowfat Milk

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Pepper

1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

1/2 tsp. Chili Powder

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Brown Ground Beef, Onion and Garlic. Drain fat from skillet when browned. Add Cayenne Pepper and Chili Powder to meat and stir. In a sauce pan add meat to jarred Spaghetti Sauce and Red Wine. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in Milk, Salt and Pepper and continue at a simmer for and additional 5 minutes. Serve over pasta.
