Ingredients
1.5 cups of plain, organic spelled flour type 500 (I use this )
1/2 cup of warm water
1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
a few drops of olive oil / oil
Preparation
Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt and mix, add the water and a few drops of oil or oil. The whole mix thoroughly by hand, and then knead, if the dough is too sticky, add more flour.
