Ingredients

4 c or 20 oz diced peeled butternut squash

1 T canola or olive oil

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp paprika

1/8 tsp cayenne

1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450°. Coat a large baking sheet pan with cooking spray. Toss the squash with oil until the pieces or evenly coated.
