Ingredients

1/4 cup Kosher salt

1/4 cup cayenne

1/4 cup paprika

1/4 cup garlic powder

1/4 cup ground black pepper

2 tablespoons onion powder

2 tablespoons oregano

2 tablespoons thyme

2 tablespoons basil

2 tablespoons parsley

2 tablespoons savory

3+tablespoons crushed red pepper, add more or less depending on your tolerance of heat

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and store in a jar or airtight bag or container. Keep at room temperature for up to 2-3 months.
