Ingredients

1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar

1+ tablespoon Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon Siracha

1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

1 teaspoon Sugar

1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

2 Cucumbers [peeled, seeded, sliced lengthwise, then thinly sliced]

Preparation

  1. Make cucumber salad: In another large bowl, whisk together remaining rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, Sriracha, sesame oil, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Stir in cucumbers and season with salt.
