Ingredients
4 avocados
1 medium sized tomato, finely chopped
2 dents garlic, pressed
8 slices pickled jalapeño, finely chopped
juice of 1 lime
crushed red hot pepper
freshly ground pepper
salt
Preparation
Cut avocados in half, remove the stone and peel. Put in a bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Mix carefully with a masher for mashed potatoes, or something similar.
