Ingredients
1/4 cup naural-style peanut butter
1/3 cup tamari soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup oriental sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, put through a press or minced
1 teaspoon minced gingerroot 1/2 teaspoon minced gingerroot
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
6 scallions, thinly sliced (se aside 2 tablespoons for garnish
1 pound thin spaghetti
2 tablespoons finely chopped roasted peanuts
2 scallions, very thinly sliced
1 small red bell pepper, very finely diced
10 snow peas, ct diagonally into thin shreds
