Ingredients

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cayene

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon thympe

2 pounds shrimp, large

1/2 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

2 clove garlic, minced

3/4 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup dry white wine

4 scallions, thinly sliced

Preparation

Add the first seven ingredients in a large bowl and add the shrimp, let stand 15 minutes

In a large skillet, over high heat add 1/4 cup oil and add shrimp, worcestershire sauce, pepper sauces and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.

add another 1/4 cup of oil, chicken broth and wine, cook 2 minutes.

remove shrimp to platter.

add scallions to skillet and boil over high heat for 3 minutes. Pour over shrimp and serve with french bread.
