Ingredients

2 cups shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup lowfat sour cream

1/4 cup grated parmesan

1/4 tsp black pepper

3 garlic cloves, crushed

One 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

two 8 oz blocks low fat cream cheese, softened

One 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, & squeezed dry

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tablespoons parmesan, and next 5 ingredients. Stir until well blended. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
