Ingredients

2 package Frozen Chopped Spinach (Thawed and drained)

4 Beaten Eggs

3/4 cup Melted Butter (or 1 stick + 1 TBSP)

1/2 cup Parmesean Cheese

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Thyme

2 1/2 - 3 cups Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (Not cubes)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients

Form into balls

Place onto greased cookie sheet

Bake @ 350. 20-25 minutes
